This unique concept is the result of the partnership between a dedicated, forward thinking healthcare professional and a well rounded and creative businessman concerned about his own health as well as the health and well being of others.
Our mission statement is one of health and longevity for people and their pets.
We have designed our menu around the freshest and healthiest ingredients available at any given time of the year with a focus on "local" to support our home economy. Our main product emphasis is on our yogurt dishes to take full advantage of all the health benefits offered by nonfat yogurt containing active cultures while maintaining a "dessert like" flavor. Our feature dish "The Pearl Swirl" has all the probiotic benefits for a myriad of biological functions including the digestive and immune systems to name just two.
Being a meal in itself, it also contains fiber, antioxidants and vitamins while remaining fat free, exceptionally low in calories and exploding with flavor. We also try to carry this concept of health, vitality and bursting with taste through to our other menu offerings as well.

As stewards of the environment, virtually all of our items are served in biodegradable and/or recyclable containers to protect our environment.
